Kuching is not only famous for the Kolo mee, Laksa, Kueh Chap, it also caters for tea time.
Not only is it cheap, it is also very nice. :)
Last but not least.....
The only thing special about this is that it's PORK. I think they can do better in marinating the pork. Besides, it is not a really big piece but good enough to satisfy tourists. :)

Ice kacang without kacang? How can!!! But somebody says the ang tau in Sibu is nicer - the small variety, cooked till really nice and soft...but still in perfect shape - not hancur. They use the bigger variety elsewhere - slightly hard, kind of salty...and not so nice.
Love Kuching's "jiu hu eng chai" though! Open air market one! Best! Yums!!!
