Pork Satay - RM0.50 per stickThe only thing special about this is that it's PORK. I think they can do better in marinating the pork. Besides, it is not a really big piece but good enough to satisfy tourists. :)

Ice kacang without kacang? How can!!! But somebody says the ang tau in Sibu is nicer - the small variety, cooked till really nice and soft...but still in perfect shape - not hancur. They use the bigger variety elsewhere - slightly hard, kind of salty...and not so nice.
Love Kuching's "jiu hu eng chai" though! Open air market one! Best! Yums!!!

The jiu hu eng chai, Kuching's the best. Sibu ones...no fight! The pork stay looks good too! I love ketupat!
